Cosmetic Dermatology

Refined aesthetic treatments designed around you.

Natural-looking cosmetic dermatology focused on healthy skin, facial balance, and confidence—not overdone results.

Our aesthetic philosophy.

The best cosmetic dermatology is subtle, strategic, and medically grounded. At Mindful Skin Dermatology, treatment planning starts with your goals, your anatomy, your skin quality, and your comfort level.

Dr. Bhandari’s approach emphasizes restraint, balance, and long-term skin health. The goal is not to make you look different. It is to help you look rested, healthy, and naturally refreshed.

Consultation-first care

Cosmetic treatment recommendations are individualized. A consultation helps determine which options are appropriate for your skin, medical history, timeline, and goals.

Common questions

What patients ask most.

How much does a cosmetic treatment cost?

Pricing depends on the treatment, the area being treated, and how many sessions your plan calls for. Because every plan is individualized, we quote pricing at your consultation—so you know the full cost before anything is scheduled. Call (210) 493-1568 and our team can give you general ranges over the phone.

Does XERF hurt, and is there downtime?

XERF was designed around comfort. Its built-in cooling and real-time skin feedback mean no numbing and no needles, and most patients describe it as a warming sensation rather than pain. There is no downtime—you can return to normal activities right away, though skin may look slightly flushed for a short while.

How soon will I see results from XERF?

Many patients notice some immediate lifting, but the real change comes from new collagen forming over the following four to six weeks. A second session is typically recommended a few weeks after the first, and results continue to develop from there.

What's the difference between LaseMD and DermaV?

They solve different problems. LaseMD is a fractional resurfacing laser for overall skin quality—texture, fine lines, sun damage, and brightness. DermaV is a vascular and pigment laser that targets specific reds and browns: rosacea, facial veins, broken capillaries, and dark spots. Many patients benefit from both, staged over time.

Is PDGF+ the same as PRP?

They work on a similar principle but are not the same. PRP requires drawing your blood and spinning it down, and its potency varies with your blood on that day. PDGF+ uses a pharmaceutical-grade, lab-produced growth factor, so there is no blood draw and every treatment delivers a consistent, predictable concentration.

How is a glo2facial different from a regular facial?

A standard facial mostly works on the surface. The glo2facial combines exfoliation with oxygenation, ultrasound, and lymphatic massage, prompting your skin to draw more oxygen from within while nutrients are infused. It is gentle enough for sensitive and acne-prone skin and leaves no downtime, making it a popular choice before an event.

Will my results look natural?

That is the whole philosophy here. Treatment plans are built around your anatomy and facial balance, with a deliberately conservative approach to injectables. The goal is to look rested and refreshed—not different, and never overdone.

Do I need a consultation before treatment?

Yes. A consultation lets us assess your skin, review your medical history, and confirm which treatments are actually appropriate for you. It also means you get an honest answer about what will and won't work—rather than a plan built around whatever device happens to be available.
